Collect a parcel, pay a bill, top up a meter or a phone, or pay cash into your bank account. All at the till, any time we are open, no appointment.
Parcel collection
Not going to be in when the courier comes? Have it sent to the shop instead and collect it in your own time, any day we are open. Returns go the same way: bring the parcel and its label, and the courier picks it up from us.
How it works
- 1. When you order online, choose us as the pick-up point, or put the shop’s address as the delivery address.
- 2. The courier drops the parcel at the counter and lets you know it has arrived.
- 3. Come in during opening hours and we hand it over. For a return, bring the parcel with its label or QR code and we take it in.
Bring: The delivery notification or collection code, and photo ID in the name on the parcel. For a return, the label or QR code.
DHL, UPS, Royal Mail, Amazon and Parcelly, including ASOS and Zara orders and returns. Ask at the counter about any other courier.
Bill payments
Bring the bill, pay it at the till and take a receipt. Electricity, water and most household bills that carry a PayPoint barcode or a payment card.
How it works
- 1. Bring the bill, or the payment card the company gave you.
- 2. We scan it and take the payment, cash or card.
- 3. You get a printed receipt; the payment reaches the company the same way it would at any PayPoint.

Which bills can be paid depends on the company. Ask at the counter if you are not sure.
Gas and electricity top-ups
A prepayment gas card or electricity key is topped up at the counter in a moment, so the meter never runs out on a Sunday evening.
How it works
- 1. Bring your meter key or gas card.
- 2. Tell us how much to put on and pay, cash or card.
- 3. Put the key or card back in the meter at home to load the credit.

Mobile top-ups
Pay-as-you-go credit for every UK network, paid at the till and on your phone straight away.
How it works
- 1. Tell us the network and how much.
- 2. Pay, cash or card.
- 3. The credit is applied to the number, or you get a voucher code to enter on the phone.
Bring: The phone number you are topping up.
Cash deposits
Pay cash into your bank account at the counter, for the banks that take deposits through PayPoint, without a trip to a branch or a cash machine.
How it works
- 1. Bring your bank card.
- 2. Tell us how much you are paying in and hand over the cash.
- 3. The deposit shows in your account the way your bank says it will.
